运输和退货

从本网站购买的订单将由香港办事处发货。

国际订单(除香港)会使用各种不同的邮递服务发货,包括香港易网递、特快专邮、顺丰速递、UPS、联邦快递和DHL。订单按 DDU(未支付的交货关税)发货。这意味着客户须承担对国际订单可能产生的任何进口关税或税款。

每个国家/地区的进口法律和关税都不一样，如果您不确定潜在的费用,我们建议客人联络当地海关以获取更多资讯。  

网上商店的现成产品订单将在2个工作日内发货。周末或公共假日的订单将在下一个工作日内发出。  

订单发货后,本地订单一般需要2-4个工作日。

由香港邮政或顺丰速递派递的国际订单(亚洲)将需要5-10个工作日。而UPS、联邦快递或 DHL 等服务则需要 3-5 个工作日。 

国际订单(欧洲和北美)会以 UPS、联邦快递或 DHL 等服务寄出，派递将需要 4-8 个工作日。

在网上商店购买的商品可在收货起14天内退款,或在收货起21天内兑换网店积分。退回的商品必须在上述期限内由 Ascot Chang收到才作考虑及处理。

折扣或作为促销的一部分出售的物品不能退回并作退款。物品可在收货起21天内换货。**凡在2021 F/W Final Sale 期间购买的特价产品均不接受退款或货品更换。

您的商品必须未使用且处于新状态才能退货或换货。收据、包装和标签必须跟随欲退回的商品一起。 Ascot Chang 保留拒绝退货或交换的权利，如果发现商品已磨损、使用、损坏、修改、弄脏和/或染色,或有任何其他特征以致无法作为新商品出售。

口罩、皮带、内衣和袜类(包括四角裤、三角裤和袜子)不能退货。

Domestic (Hong Kong) customers can enjoy free return shipping, provided the item is posted from Hong Kong. International (ex-Hong Kong) customers are responsible for return shipping fees and safety of goods until they reach us.
