We are honored to share that the Financial Times has recently recognized Ascot Chang as one of the Best Shirtmakers in the World (link). This distinction is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and service—values that have guided us since Mr. Ascot Chang opened his first store in 1953.

To celebrate this milestone and express our appreciation, we are pleased to introduce a special Store Credit Rewards Program for our bespoke customers. From March 17th to June 15th, 2025, all eligible bespoke orders will receive a 10% store credit rebate*, which can be applied to future bespoke purchases. Please take this as a small token of our appreciation for your steadfast support over the years.

While this recognition is a proud moment for us, we know that none of it would be possible without you—our loyal clients. Your trust, patronage, and appreciation for fine tailoring have allowed us to uphold our heritage while continuing to innovate in bespoke craftsmanship. For this, we extend our deepest gratitude.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS



  • The store credit rebate offer is valid from March 17th to June 30th, 2025 (inclusive).
  • Promotion is only applicable to bespoke orders that meet the minimum order quantity.
  • Discounted bespoke items are not eligible for the rebate.
  • Rebates are only offered for orders placed at the following locations: Ascot Chang Landmark Prince's, Ascot Chang Elements, Ascot Chang Central Park South, Ascot Chang L'Avenue Shanghai, Ascot Chang Europe Hotel Trunk Shows, Ascot Chang US Hotel Trunk Shows, Ascot Chang Australia Hotel Trunk Shows and Ascot Chang Singapore Hotel Trunk Shows
  • Customers will receive a 10% store credit rebate based on the final merchandise value of eligible bespoke orders.
  • Store credit can only be used for bespoke/custom-made products.
  • Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Store credit cannot be used on discounted or promotional items.
  • Store credit cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person and must be used by the original recipient.
  • Items paid wholly or partially using rebate store credit will not qualify for an additional 10% rebate.
  • If an eligible order is canceled or refunded, any issued store credit will be voided.
  • Deposits are not eligible for the store credit rebate. The rebate is calculated based on the final paid merchandise value.
  • In case of dispute, Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. and Ascot Chang USA LLC reserves the right of final decision.
